terms of service
This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points.Please read the full Terms of Service further below for more details, which WILL apply to your orders.

You must be 18 or older.
Payment up front, in USD or EUR.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Customer has right to one (1) complete revision after the sketch is finished.
Customer has a right to reasonable amounts of minor edits or fixes after completion (e.g. eye colour change).
Customer is required to contact and reply to the artist in a fast and responsive manner.
Products cannot be used for commercially without additional fees.
Artist can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Do not use the art for blockchain -, cryptocurrency -, or AI-related related technologies or datasets.
Terms of Service
By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully, and ask if you're unsure about something.01 — General Terms
• You must be at least 18 to commission work from me.• Prices are subject to change based on demand.• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.
02 — Payment
• The currency accepted is USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal only.• Commissions are paid 100% upfront.• I will send you a Paypal invoice. (Do not send me money via Paypal before receiving the invoice.)
03 — Process & Delivery
• The turnaround time varies from 1-3 weeks to up to 3 months, depending on demand and other factors. If you need the commission particularly quickly, there might be a rush fee.• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a smaller, web-friendly size.• Native art programme timelapses (Procreate, Clip Studio Paint) are usually available upon request.• Other types of video recordings and process photos (excluding normal updates during the drawing process) must be agreed upon with the artist before payment. Possible extra fees.• No physical product will be delivered, unless otherwise agreed upon.
04 — Revisions• All commissions include one full revision after the first sketch is completed, after which you can request small changes or fixes.• Further big revisions start from 5$/edit (this is paid upfront). This does not include possible errors made by me, those will be fixed for free.• Please include clear and detailed references of your characters. If your references are unclear, changes might come at an extra fee.• If you do not have a clear reference for your character and still want me to draw them, I might charge an extra character design fee.
05 - Copyright & UsageI, "Antony Oscar" (the artist):• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)• You may NOT use the artwork for NFTs or AI art.• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent. Cropping is ok.• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.• Claiming the artwork as your own• Altering the artwork without my consent
06 - Cancellation & Refund policy• If I am unable to start your commission for any reason, you will receive a full refund.• Otherwise, no refunds or chargebacks.

✅ Suggestive poses & nudity

✅ Animal features, furries, fursonas

I won't draw:
❌ Anything racist, transphobic, homophobic, etc.
❌ NFTs etc.
If you're unsure if your subject is suitable, you can always ask for clarification.
Sketchy
Your chosen character in a more sketchy style. Colored in greys or monotones, or very simple colors. Minimal shading.The final price depends on the size, complexity of pose and art style, background, and extras.You can also ask for your art to be made traditionally. This will add an extra fee to the base price, depending on the medium.

Polished
Your chosen character, with more polished line art or rendering, full colours, and shading.Includes a simple colored or transparent background. More detailed backgrounds (rooms, buildings, scenery) cost extra.You can also ask for your art to be made traditionally. This will add an extra fee to the base price, depending on the medium.

Others + extras
Other types of art not covered by the previous options are also available upon request. This can be basically anything, such as objects, landscapes, or interiors.You can also ask for your art to be made traditionally. This will add an extra fee to the base price, depending on the medium.Details to be discussed between the artist and the commissioner, after which the artist will give a price estimate.

That's when he created his first webcomic and art site.He's especially interested in creating art with queer & societal themes, as well as art about nature.Speculative fiction such as fantasy, horror and sci-fi are also especially close to his heart.
