Half-body

C. Sketchy - from 50€ / 50 USD
Half-body drawing of your chosen character, with sketchy lineart, black and white tones, and minimal shading.D. Polished - from 80€ / 80 USD
Halfbody drawing of your chosen character, with more polished lineart, colours, and shading. Includes a simple colored, or transparent background.

Other & Additions

E. Other - from 50€ / 55 USD
Other types of art not covered by the previous options are also available upon request. This can be basically anything, such as objects, landscapes, or interiors. Details will be discussed between the artist and the commissioner, after which the artist will give a price estimate.Additions - from 10€ / 10 USD
Additions to the base packages, such as additional characters (including pets), more detailed background, complex designs such as complex armor or designs with no proper reference pictures. Additional characters always cost 50% of the base price, e.g.

Terms of Service

By commissioning me you are agreeing to the following terms. Please read carefully.01 - General Terms
• You must be at least 18 to commission work from me.• Prices are subject to change based on demand.• I have the right to reject any order for any reason.02 - Payment
• The currency accepted is USD or EUR and can be paid through PayPal only.• Commissions are paid 100% upfront.• Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to do your commission, and sent you a Paypal invoice (or asked for payment via Artistree).03 - Process & Delivery
• The turn around time for commission varies from 1-3 weeks to up to 3 months. Please, do not rush me. A shorter deadline can be agreed upon at extra charge.• Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image along with a smaller, web-friendly size.• No physical product will be delivered.04 - Revisions• All commissions include one revision after the first sketch is completed, at which point you can request small changes or fixes.• Further revisions start from 5$/edit (this is paid upfront). This does not include possible errors made by me, those will be edited with no cost.• Please include clear and detailed references. If your references are unclear, changes will come at an extra charge. If you do not have a clear reference for a character design, I will charge extra.05 - Copyright & UsageI, "Antony Oscar" (the artist):• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the order at any time for any reason.• I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.• I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork (your characters are still yours, etc.)• I will NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.• I reserve the right to post the commissioned artwork online, in my portfolio as well as in publications such as art books.You (the customer/commissioner):• You may upload the commissioned artwork on any website and social channels.• You may NOT make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, uploading to POD-services, making prints for selling, etc.)• You may NOT use the artwork for NFTs or AI art.• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my (the artist's) consent.• You retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP).• You may NOT use the commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.The following is considered copyright infringement:• Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way not excluded from these terms.• Claiming the artwork as your own• Altering the artwork without my consent06 - Cancellation & Refund policy• If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a full refund.• Otherwise, no refunds or chargebacks.
